Celebrating the national day of Cryondia

On the 11th of January we remember and celebrate the first person who was put into a cryo sleep. On this day 50,000 enthusiasts gathered in Cryondia to celebrate this national holiday. It is a tradition to go to the laboratories all across the country to admire the bodies of the ones who were put in to a cryosleep. The scientists explain the cryonics treatment to the celebrants. After this it is a tradition to drink a shot of Cryoquila as a sign of respect for those who gave up their lives for cryonics.

On this remembrance day there are foodtrucks with the national dishes of Cryondia, but also concerts of the biggest superstars, like Rosie Allen. There are playful activities for the kids to learn more about the cryonics treatment.

The 11th of January is not only a day when Cryondians gather, people across the world pay a visit to our country to admire this method and learn more about it. One of the supporters even said that Cryondia is the number one country to live in. The day didn’t end smoothly. Hundreds of protesters gathered around the laboratories to protest against cryonics. The protesters think that this method is diabolical. The two parties had a feud that left two injured. Cryondia doesn’t support and takes measures against any act of violence.
